Our first guest is the poet and author Salena Godden. The author of six books, including the poetry collection Pessimism Is For Lightweights, and the novel Mrs. Death Misses Death, Salena is one of the country’s most vibrant and essential literary figures.
Our second storyteller is actor, author and comedy legend Doon Mackichan. Best known for the groundbreaking sketch comedy show Smack The Pony, Doon has appeared in countless classic British comedies, including The Day Today, Toast Of London, Alan Partridge and Plebs. Her memoir, My Lady Parts, was published in 2023.
